The result is improved interlayer bonding, reduced reliance on support structures, and structurally aligned material deposition where it matters most.

Liberator Edition is engineered as a mass-conscious kinematic system, preserving the low moving-mass philosophy of the BlueZircon platform. The swivel architecture is tightly integrated into the extrusion assembly, minimizing inertial penalties while maintaining high stiffness and positional accuracy. This balance enables responsive motion, smooth orientation changes, and stable extrusion even at industrial deposition rates.

Kinematic motion is fully synchronized with gantry dynamics, allowing orientation, feed rate, and deposition to be coordinated in real time. 3DCP Extruder – $24,495

The ErectorBot 3D Concrete Extruder is a purpose-built, heavy-duty solution engineered for large-format additive construction workflows. Designed as a primary extruder configuration for the ErectorBot IND Series, the module is also fully compatible with HD Series gantry systems.

This system enables the deposition of very large concrete beads with aggregate, delivering high-throughput material flow and broad formulation flexibility for structural printing applications. It extends the modern mason’s workflow by integrating industrial-scale additive manufacturing with conventional construction practices.

The heavy-duty configuration retains all functional features of the light-duty variant while upgrading the primary body to a 304 stainless steel module in place of lightweight composite construction. This architecture is optimized for extended duty cycles, abrasive materials, and demanding R&D environments focused on the development of new concrete and cementitious formulations.

The system is well suited for printing walls, structural sections, and complete construction assemblies. Interchangeable internal components allow bead size and extrusion characteristics to be tuned to specific material profiles and performance requirements. Fabrication files for all consumable components are included to support rapid servicing and long-term operation.

The start-up pack includes a fully assembled concrete extruder module, an EB carriage large mount plate set with rollers, two machine connection drivers, two sets of replacement internal consumable components, and two interchangeable nozzle inserts—providing everything required for immediate system integration and sustained operation.
